Preparing for Your BodyTalk Session

Clothing & Attire

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your session. BodyTalk is performed fully clothed. Layered clothing is recommended as your body temperature may fluctuate during the session.

Before Your Session

Try to stay hydrated before your appointment and avoid caffeine or alcohol for at least 2 hours prior. Arriving 5-10 minutes early allows time to settle in. No need to prepare mentally – come as you are.

Items to Bring

Bring a list of any recent medical information relevant to your health concerns. If you have specific questions or concerns, noting them down beforehand can be helpful. A water bottle is also recommended.

Post-Session Care

Plan for some integration time after your session – avoid scheduling demanding activities immediately afterward if possible. Stay well-hydrated and be mindful of your body’s responses.
