The Relationship Healing program extends BodyTalk’s principles beyond individual health to address the energy and communication patterns between people. These sessions can work with couples, parent-child relationships, siblings, or any important personal or professional relationship.

By addressing the underlying patterns that create conflict or disconnection, Relationship Healing sessions help restore harmony, improve communication, and foster greater understanding between individuals. These sessions can be conducted with both parties present or by working with one individual to shift relationship dynamics.

Workplace Wellness

Our Workplace Wellness program brings BodyTalk into professional environments to support employee health, reduce stress-related absenteeism, and improve team dynamics. This service is implemented as individual sessions for key team members. A minimum of 3 sessions per person is recommended.

WHAT TO EXPECT

BodyTalk Sessions Explained

Whether you’re new to holistic healthcare or experienced with energy medicine, knowing what to expect can help you feel comfortable and get the most from your BodyTalk session.

Before Your Session

Preparation: There’s no special preparation needed before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing and try to avoid caffeine or alcohol shortly before your session. Come as you are—there’s no need to “prepare” emotionally or mentally.

Intake Process: You’ll complete a brief health history form that helps us understand your health concerns, goals, and medical background. For remote sessions, this will be sent electronically before your appointment.

Initial Conversation: Each session begins with a conversation about your current health status and specific concerns you’d like to address. We’ll discuss what brings you to BodyTalk and what you hope to achieve.

During Your Session

Comfortable Positioning: You’ll remain fully clothed while relaxing on a comfortable treatment table (for in-person sessions) or in a comfortable chair or recliner (for remote sessions).

Assessment Process: Using a gentle form of muscle testing called neuromuscular biofeedback, we’ll communicate with your body’s innate wisdom to identify priority areas for healing. This process is non-invasive and painless.

The BodyTalk Protocol: Following your body’s guidance, we’ll use the BodyTalk protocol to identify which systems need balancing and in what order. Your body determines the priorities—not the practitioner.

Gentle Techniques: The session involves light tapping on the head, sternum (heart center), and sometimes other areas of the body. For remote sessions, this tapping is done by the practitioner while maintaining energetic connection to you.

Your Experience: Most clients experience deep relaxation during sessions. You may feel subtle sensations, emotional shifts, or simply peaceful rest. Some people notice very little during the session itself, with changes becoming apparent afterward.

After Your Session

Integration Time: We’ll take a few minutes at the end of your session to discuss what was addressed and answer any questions. You’ll have time to fully return to an alert state before leaving.

What You Might Notice: Following a session, you may experience improved sleep, reduced pain, emotional shifts, increased energy, or changes in how your body feels. Effects can be subtle or profound, immediate or gradual.

Integration Period: Your body will continue processing the session for several weeks. It’s helpful to stay well-hydrated and get adequate rest during this time. Some clients notice temporary shifts as old patterns release and new patterns establish.

Follow-up Support: We’re available to address any questions that arise between sessions. A brief email check-in is often included to support your integration process.
