3.3 Age and Capacity Requirements

  • Services are offered to adults aged 18 and over
  • For children and teenagers under 18, we recommend that parents attend sessions in place of their child
  • All bookings must be made by adults with legal capacity to enter into contracts

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Booking Process

  • Appointments are booked through our website using Calendly integration
  • All remote sessions require advance payment
  • In-person individual sessions can be paid in cash on arrival
  • Booking confirmation will be sent within 24 hours
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Remote Sessions: Payment required at time of booking
  • In-Person Individual Sessions: Payment can be made at time of booking or on arrival
  • Packages: Full payment required upfront (regardless of session type)
  • Payment Methods:
    • Remote sessions: Credit/debit cards via Stripe
    • In-person sessions: Credit/debit cards via Stripe or cash
  • Currency:
    • Remote sessions: British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR)
    • In-person sessions: British Pounds (GBP) only
  • Payment Processing: We use Stripe for secure payment processing

5.3 Package Terms

  • Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase date
  • Package sessions cannot be cancelled for refund (see Cancellation Policy)
  • Package sessions may be transferred to immediate family members (see Cancellation Policy)
  • Extensions may be granted for documented medical emergencies only
