Help your body and mind to heal themselves
BodyTalk is an innovative complementary therapy approach which aims to stimulate and focus your bodymind’s own healing processes and wisdom to restore balance and communication in the body and mind, improving health and wellbeing. It can act at all levels, for example:
– with physical pain or discomfort,
– dealing with disease,
– with emotional or mental issues,
– with learning and behavioural difficulties,
– or with developing confidence and improving performance.
You may have found this website because you or someone close to you are struggling with issues such as short-term or chronic pain, disease, stress/anxiety/unhappiness/depression, behavioural or learning disorders, addiction or other habits which you can't break, etc. And you may well have found that conventional medicine has not been able to help you, other than by reducing symptoms. I was in exactly the same situation a few years ago, dealing with several of these issues with two of my children.
Then I found a BodyTalk practitioner, who helped my children improve very significantly. The more I learned about BodyTalk, and as I had sessions myself, the more I was attracted to its approach of treating the bodymind holistically and resolving the conflicts and miscommunications in the body (often caused by underlying stress, belief systems, or trapped emotions) which are the root causes of problems. Since becoming a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner I hugely enjoy practising BodyTalk and am delighted to be the Isle of Man's first BodyTalk Practitioner.
BodyTalk is a revolutionary alternative approach to healthcare and wellbeing that brings traditional Eastern medicine/philosophy and modern Western based medicine together. It is completely safe and non invasive with very many clients finding it astonishingly effective - throughout the world, and now in the Isle of Man - see our "client testimonials" page.
Note that BodyTalk is a complementary therapy, to be used alongside rather than in place of mainstream medicine. Always consult a doctor in respect of medical conditions.
